If your repair request is an emergency, please contact the office.
If you are calling after hours please follow the instructions to connect
to one of our emergency technicians. Please note that emergency calls
are the following:
- No heat
- Major leaks
- Flooding
- Fire
If you’ve lost your keys and have locked yourself out between the hours
9:00 am and 5:00 pm, we will replace them at a cost of $40; after 5:00 pm during the week or at any time on the weekend the replacement cost is $65.
